The UK moving migrants onto a barge isn't unlike the idea of a Singapore entrepreneur to host migrants on floating dorms (straitstimes.com/opinion/a-floa…). Similarly, the UK's proposal to have asylum seekers be parked in Kenya is similar to the idea of "refugee cities" SEZs.
