Got delayed at DFW for 9 hours because @AmericanAir forgot to put a catering cart on a newly renovated plane. Sat on the tarmac for almost 4 hours. Then had to pull back into the gate because of a "paperwork issue" according to the captain. Then the crew swapping started. 3 pilot
@SheerID military veteran and retiree verification is broken. Their customer support is non-existent. You submit all the requested forms yet fail the verification then tell you that you’ve tried too many times. I really wish @Nike would leave them and use ID me - it always works.
