TikTok Consumer Health Data Policy

This TikTok Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the TikTok Privacy Policy and applies to the Services, as defined therein. The Services are operated by TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC (“we” or “us”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of consumer health data. In the event there are circumstances where some of the information we process may be considered “consumer health data” under Washington’s My Health My Data Act and other similar US state laws, this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share such information.

We may collect biometric identifiers and biometric information as defined under US laws, such as faceprints and voiceprints from your user content. How We May Share Your Consumer Health Data
