I have already tried to reset the right side and both sides, but it isn’t working. It says the bluetooth can connect and the battery can recharge. However,the sound of right side just gone.
I’m having major stuttering with my Bluetooth headphones on my PC. The setup is:

BARROT Bluetooth Adapter

Bluetooth headphones using Stereo mode only

Only one audio playback device is selected
So far I’ve tried troubleshooting the USB/audio side:

Updated my audio drivers

Confirmed I’m only using the headphones’ Stereo playback mode

Disabled USB Selective Suspend

Disabled USB device power-saving options where available

Checked the USB 3.0 Root Hub driver

Checked the USB xHCI controller driver

Installed the Intel Ivy Bridge chipset INF package

I checked Microsoft Update Catalog for the Barrot hardware ID and the current 21. 46. 39. 174 driver appears to be the latest matching driver available there. I also found the Intel chipset package, but its PantherPointSystem.inf entry for the xHCI controller uses Needs_NO_DRV, so it does not actually replace the Windows usbxhci.inf driver.
At this point I’m still getting significant Bluetooth audio stuttering.
I'm basically at my wits end here I have no idea what the issue can be.
