Refund Policy

Purchases on SqlInt are for digital content and are generally non-refundable once access to the purchased content has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under the specific circumstances stated in this policy. Because access is unlocked immediately after a successful payment and the content is delivered electronically, please review the pack description carefully before purchasing.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

A refund may be issued in the following circumstances, subject to verification:

• You were charged multiple times for the same pack due to a technical error
• You made a payment, but access to the purchased content was never granted to your account
• The content you received is materially different from what was described
• A verified technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the content during your access period

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations (subject to applicable law):

• Change of mind after purchase
• You no longer need the content
• You found the content too easy or too difficult
• You did not use the content during the access period
• Access period has expired

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria in Section 2, email [email protected] (or use the Contact Us page) with the following information:

• Your name and email address used for the purchase
• The name of the pack purchased
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request
• Any relevant screenshots or transaction details

5. Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay. SqlInt determines refund eligibility under this policy, subject to applicable law; Razorpay executes any approved refund to your original payment method. Final settlement time depends on your bank or payment provider and may vary.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and apply from their effective date. A policy update does not retroactively change the refund rights that applied to a purchase made under a previous version of this policy.
