Samsung has added the Galaxy S26 FE to its latest smartphone lineup in India. It comes with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate.

Oppo’s new smartphone is offered in two colours and packs a 6.75-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It gets a Unisoc T7250 processor, 4GB RAM and a 7,000mAh battery.

The OnePlus N6 Lite is set to launch in India next week with key specifications already revealed. Pricing and launch offers will be disclosed on the launch day.

Several Android versions have been found to contain vulnerabilities, according to CERT-In. The reported issues span multiple system components as well.

The base Galaxy S26 Ultra with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at INR 1,39,999. Meanwhile, the 12GB + 512GB version costs INR 1,59,999.

Earlier reports indicated that Oppo is preparing to introduce a new F-series smartphone in India, with the F35 Pro expected to be among the upcoming models. However, the company has yet to confirm whether the teased handset is indeed the F35 Pro.

The Vivo T5 5G is equipped with a 7,050mAh battery and supports 44W wired fast charging. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C, GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo, NavIC and QZSS.

Samsung appears set to continue its established charging strategy with the upcoming Galaxy S27 series. Since the Galaxy S20 launched in 2020, the standard Galaxy S models have supported 25W wired charging.

The Poco F9 Ultra starts at $799 (around INR 76,000) for 12GB+256GB. The 16GB+512GB and 16GB+1TB variants cost $949 (INR 90,000) and $1,199 (INR 1.14 lakh), respectively.

The OnePlus 16 is expected to retain a triple-camera setup on the rear, similar to the OnePlus 15. However, the new flagship is reportedly set to receive significant upgrades to its camera hardware.

The Ministry urged users to download apps only from the Google Play Store or trusted app stores. It also warned against APK files from ads or unknown websites and granting Accessibility access to untrusted apps.

The Nothing Phone (1), Phone (2) and CMF Phone 1 will not receive the Nothing OS 5.0 update. Meanwhile, the Open Beta programme will not be available for the Phone (3a) Lite or CMF Phone 2 Pro.

The Lava Bold N4 Lite features a 6.56-inch display and is powered by a Unisoc 9863A processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM, with an additional 3GB available through virtual memory, while its 32GB built-in storage can be expanded up to 64GB.

Both smartphones are powered by Unisoc chipsets and feature a large 6.79-inch HD+ LCD display. They also pack 6,000mAh batteries and come with dual rear cameras housed in a square-shaped module.

The Poco M8x 5G gets a 50MP primary camera with 2x digital zoom, paired with a 2MP macro sensor. It also features an 8MP selfie camera and supports video recording up to 1080p.

Several smartphone manufacturers, including Motorola, Oppo and Vivo, have already introduced their Android 17 beta programmes for developers. Nothing is also expected to launch its own Nothing OS 5.0 beta programme soon, with the initial test build likely to follow shortly after.
