Global Consumer Protection Campaign

Global Consumer Protection Campaign (GCPC) 2026: econsumer.gov - This year, ICPEN proudly presents the renewed GCPC, formerly known as Fraud Prevention Month. The new identity reflects a broader vision, greater flexibility, and a stronger global commitment to protecting consumers. The 2026 campaign focuses on promoting econsumer.gov, the international platform managed by the U.S. FTC that allows consumers to report fraud and misleading practices in cross border e commerce. At the heart of this campaign are consumers themselves. By reporting their experiences, they not only protect their own rights but also provide authorities with the data needed to identify trends, detect risks, and take coordinated action worldwide. Together, we build safer, fairer, and more transparent markets.
