HTMLrev showcases website templates from 3rd party authors and enables sponsors to promote their products at the top of the homepage. These terms cover this website called HTMLrev, its visitors called Users and its supporters called Sponsors.
The Users browse HTMLrev to find website templates to use for their projects which will be called Products. The Products are created by different Authors which are not affiliated in any way with HTMLrev. HTMLrev is just a directory that lists the Products and has no monetary gains if Users use the Products provided by the Authors.
The Sponsors are software development individuals and companies which can purchase an HTMLrev Sponsor Slot to promote their products. This happens with a banner image, text and link in a promo slot at the top of the HTMLrev homepage in the Sponsors area. The Sponsors area holds all the HTMLrev Sponsor Slots.
Purchasing the HTMLrev Sponsor Slot means paying a monthly subscription through Gumroad which act as merchants of record. The slot is displayed on the homepage continuously as long as the subscription is being paid.
Sponsors can cancel the subscription whenever they want without requiring HTMLrev's intervention. They can open any previous receipt or notification email from Gumroad and use the Generate Invoice option. When the subscription is cancelled the slot containing the banner image, text and link is removed.
While every Sponsorship request is taken into consideration not every request is accepted. Products are approved based on relevancy, usefulness, reliability and ethics criteria.
Sponsors and Authors own the Products they promote and offers are governed by their terms. Under no circumstances shall HTMLrev be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the Products showcased or promoted on this site, even if HTMLrev or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If your use of Products showcased or promoted on this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. HTMLrev will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of the showcased or promoted Products.
Sponsors can ask for refunds only in the first 15 days from purchasing the HTMLrev Sponsor Slot. They can use the Contact Form to ask and HTMLrev will issue a refund returning the money to their card account. Anything beyond that timeframe will not be accepted.
Regarding Products showcased or promoted on HTMLrev, Users need to check the terms of the Author or Sponsor they purchased from. HTMLrev is just a gallery therefore not affiliated with Authors or Sponsors so not responsible for any of the showcased or promoted Products.
These terms will be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
