I love building teams, agents and systems that compound.
At Claryo, I architect the system behind warehouse world models1 and AI agents. Before that, I co-founded Exponent and shaped it into a 70-person team across four countries. I also sold my first start-up, Apety, to Smood, then scaled Smood from 20 to 200 people and prepared its sale to Migros.2 Along the way, we introduced the country's first zero-waste delivery service3 and experimented with robot-assisted grocery picking.4 Earlier, I started in data science and computational neuroscience at EPFL, with work at Amazon, CERN and the Eclipse Foundation.
As software becomes cheaper to produce, I focus on what remains hard: architecture, closed feedback loops and secure execution. I explore that frontier by coaching colleagues and executives, building in open source and chasing the occasional security bounty. That work includes Metatype, a platform for composable backends with WebAssembly, and Lade, which gives humans and agents secure access to secrets, temporary files and private networks.
