A small repository containing a few useful WebGL developer tools.
Forked from https://github.com/KhronosGroup/WebGLDeveloperTools, this branch adds a package.json to allow the library to be used with standard dependency management tools eg. Yarn and a Typescript style type defintions file.

v1.0.0: Initial semver tag, used for module versioning by module loader.
