Description
Rarely uBo will randomly start blocking all dot com sites with the following filter, ||com^$document, from no filter list.

There is no source filter list listed in the warning page.
The first time this happened, months ago, I manually updated a bunch of different filter lists by clicking the clock icon. This caused it to be fixed.
Moments ago when this occurred first I closed and reopened Firefox to no avail. Then, I updated all the "uBlock filters" and it no longer occurred.
I have no personal filters which reference ||com^$document.

Steps to Reproduce
I do not know the trigger, so I cannot reproduce. When it happens again I am willing to do more troubleshooting, like checking the logger and Firefox debug console, and am open to suggestions.
Expected behavior
I expect a filter list to be shown in the uBo blocked warning page.
