Regression with :-abp- and :has rules #2400

Prerequisites

• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

uBO doesn't support certain characters, like apostrophes (') in :-abp- and :has rules anymore.
This regression happened somewhere between v1.44.4 and v1.45.0.

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

Add the following rule, to block the twitter widget in the site's sidebar:
anyataylorjoy.org###sidebar > div.side-content:has-text(Adoring Anya's twitter)
(uBO flags this as an invalid rule)

Expected behavior

The widget should be blocked (like with uBO v1.44.4).

Actual behavior

The widget isn't blocked!
