Final URL render improperly in url-skippable strict-block page #703

• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

On the "blocked page wants to redirect" prompt, the destination URL is rendered incorrectly when its hostname has uppercase letters.
This issue exist in both uBlock Origin & uBlock Origin Lite.

2. uBlock Origin / uBlock Origin Lite will block this page
3. The URL displayed is wrong:
