  2. rex3 drawing engine refactor 

    use one generic draw function which specializes into
400+ draw functions based on drawmode0+1+cid/clip corpus
also used by rex-jit.
so most drawing used by irix desktop is using specialized llvm
optimized draw function.
some gfifo optimizations too
rex-jit and precompiled functions share dispatch hash and infra
