Result
The site now supports a complete first-use and recovery journey. Six navigation groups prioritize Start, Author, Cookbook, Operate and recover, Reference, and Contribute/architecture while keeping existing routes and historical evidence available.
All twenty DevOps tutorials are imported, searchable and linked to complete source-matched downloads. Candidate installation uses an exact Git revision; the credential-free and bounded-agent quickstarts include complete executable YAML. The importer preserves internal provenance and removes visible Canonical source boilerplate. Copy feedback contrast and source-rendered code-block keyboard focus are covered by browser accessibility checks.
Paired framework: draft PR #7. Its reviewed YAML, helpers, direct commands and recovery semantics are the source of the imported tutorials.

The docs delta changes onlydocs/execution/COOKBOOK_REVIEW_20260906.md; it does not alter the tested site or framework pin.The full paired hosted gate passed:
AGENTCTL_REPO=<exact checkout> pnpm verify:agentctl, including generated freshness, content, links/anchors, Mermaid, search, writing, accessibility and responsive browser checks. There were 122 browser passes, one pre-existing generic mobile-search duplicate skip and zero new cookbook skips. Deployment was skipped. The downloaded site artifact

Verification covers 93 HTML pages,.nojekyll, 84 source imports, twenty nested package ZIPs and every file digest, with no visible provenance boilerplate. All twenty package manifests match those used in independently executed installed-CLI journeys; first-run and SRE recovery walkthroughs also passed.Framework validation passed at the pin: three-platform CI and production SBOM, three-platform RC, container/image SBOM, and security. All eight framework artifacts were downloaded and digest-verified. The full report retains all twenty result rows and ten review dispositions.
Verdict and limits
Developer-documentation readiness: ready for review at the paired source, undeployed. Runtime readiness: launch-ready pre-1.0 candidate for review, unpublished. The
agentctl.dev/v1document API is explicitly distinguished from CLI product maturity. The local Mac combined command remains non-passing because of the documented loader problem; all fourteen underlying site commands passed locally and the exact combined command passed on the hosted runner. The later docs evidence-only commit passed writing, Markdown, spelling and diff checks. Historical and current source evidence remain distinct.
Local deployment examples are disposable fixtures, host Python is trusted, model prose is advisory and compensation is best effort. The changed four OpenAI workflows used nine requests/6,023 tokens/USD 0.003377 estimated cost at source
45d0995; the original shared ledger retains its uncertain reservation, with complete applicability/accounting in the paired report. No paid calls were made by the docs work. Both PRs remain draft; no public deployment, merge, tag or package publication was performed.
