ContentDialogs we present for CommandResult.Confirm need to be visible. When the window is clipped for compact mode, the dialog is predictably also collapsed. This makes sure that content dialogs are always visible, by forcing us out of compact mode when dialogs are shown. Closes: quite sure it was filed somewhere, right?

Should this just be MaximizeWindowMessage or ForceMaximizeMessage? My thinking is that we may find other places we need to maximize for outside dialogs.

This PR updates CmdPal’s compact-mode behavior so ContentDialogs shown for CommandResultKind.Confirm aren’t clipped when the palette is collapsed to a compact (search-only) UI. It does this by temporarily forcing the visible “card” to fill the whole host window while the dialog is displayed, then restoring the normal compact/expanded behavior afterward.
Changes:
- Force CmdPal out of compact-mode clamping while a confirmation
ContentDialogis shown, then restore layout after it closes. - Introduce a new
MaximizeForDialogMessageto request “full card” layout from the host window during dialogs. - Add host-window handling for the new message and integrate it into the compact-mode layout logic.
