Deprecations in 3.12 leading to failure without setuptools called out as dependency for install.

Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to use this without installing setuptools
2. Needs to be updated to use importlibs similar to this issue: "No module named pkg_resources" on Python 3.12 due to missing "setuptools" dgtlmoon/changedetection.io#2422
