Migrates the npm distribution from the transitional @etherscan-npm scope to the canonical @etherscan scope in preparation for v1.1.0. Keeps backward compatibility for existing @etherscan-npm installs and updates package manifests, runtime mappings, updater guidance, tests, and documentation.
