Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. In the new tab open YT and play any video
3. Trigger PiP mode > Observe
4. Exit from PiP to a browser view > Observe

Actual result

Switching to or from PiP briefly rotates the system UI and video to landscape mode on the phone.

Expected result

Switching to or from PiP must not rotate the system UI or video to landscape mode.
