PiP closes automatically and video is paused on tablet during activity recreation #56782

Description

On tablet, when the activity is recreated (for example, by rotating the screen with auto-rotate enabled or switching between dark/light themes), the PiP window closes on its own, the browser launches with the YT tab in focus, and the video stops playing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave on tablet
2. In the new tab open m.youtube.com > Play any video
3. Activate PiP mode via corresponding button in the URL bar or using the gesture from while in full-screen playback
4. Change a configuration that recreates the activity (e.g., rotate with auto-rotate or toggle dark theme) > Observe

Actual result
