Symbol view folder collapse state is broken under conditions. #8001

Version and Platform (required):

• Binary Ninja Version: 5.3 dev

Bug Description:
I was able to get this to happen loading a shared cache (even while analysis was not going on). And while analysis was going on on a regular binary.

Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a folder
2. Collapse the folder
3. Click around else where in the view
4. see the folder expanding
