Team USA × Google Cloud Hackathon — Grand Prize · 281 participants FORGED, a Gemini-powered Digital Mirror that matches fans to one of eight Team USA athlete archetypes drawn from 120 years of Olympic and Paralympic biometric data. Two archetypes are Paralympic-first, with centroids built from Paralympic sport requirements so a century of Olympic records doesn't statistically dominate. Gemini 2.5 Pro agent orchestrating five tools, deployed on Cloud Run with BigQuery and Firestore.
Google Gemini Live Agent Challenge — Creative Storytellers Winner · 11,896 participants Sankofa, a multimodal AI griot that transforms sparse family history into immersive heritage narratives: interleaved text, watercolor imagery, ambient audio, and live voice conversation. Built on Gemini 2.5 with an 11-tool ADK agent architecture.
Asili Commerce — AI front desk for small home-services businesses, starting with HVAC shops in Austin. Catches the calls owners miss, texts back within seconds, qualifies the job, and logs every decision for owner audit. Sole founder. tryasili.com
Parley — Seller-side negotiation agent where the margin floor is enforced at the Convex transaction boundary. Floor violations aren't rule-checked; they're structurally unrepresentable. Ships with an MCP surface so buyer-side agents can negotiate directly. Built at the YC Orange Slice AI Growth Hackathon.
AKILI — Neuro-symbolic verification engine for technical documentation. Coordinate-grounded answers from PDFs with proof, or REFUSE. FastAPI + Gemini + Z3 + React. Submitted to the Google DeepMind Gemini 3 Hackathon.
Dhamana — Fair-drop ticketing where no-oversell, anti-bot caps, and price-capped resale are enforced at the database COMMIT, on multi-region Amazon Aurora DSQL.
Daraja — Somali–Swahili translation for humanitarian contexts. Built for the Gemma 4 Good Hackathon.
Nexus — Layout-aware RAG platform for hardware documentation. Retrieval that respects document structure instead of treating every PDF like a bag of words. Advanced in Microsoft Imagine Cup 2026.
Kijiji Scholars — College guidance platform piloting with Crawford International School in Nairobi. Making the knowledge hoarded at well-resourced schools accessible where it's needed most.
