thanks! it's quite elegant how it's tested without starting a real Pod, but still having the controller talk to an OCC server.

I created small test suite for Task Controller testing mostly happy path during reconcile. But also tests for functions outside Reconcile in
task_controller.goIt expects the parallel reconciliation #854
