Keep up with meetings all day

Claude reads each transcript, pulls action items and owners into one list, posts it for the team in Slack, and follows up on opens before the next meeting on Google Calendar.

After each of my meetings this week, read the transcript and pull out action items and owners. Post a running list to my team channel and remind owners two days before the next meeting if their item’s still open.

“I gave Claude a call transcript, a couple of knowledge-based articles, and the first output was amazing. It genuinely felt like it was my voice. I felt that I was working with a strategic partner.

We had a hospitality business that was struggling with their revenue in terms of where can we find cost savings? Claude was able to take the reporting from the historical standpoint and say, here’s where we see your best performing weekends. Here are the weekends that were not performing as well. That is something so far beyond my typical role as a CSM. My customers are saying like, this is the best conversation I’ve ever had with HubSpot.”

01

You don’t need the right words

Say what you need, like you’d tell a colleague. Claude works out the steps, flags when it needs your attention, and hands back the file.

02

You have control and the final say

In Word and Excel, changes show as tracked edits or highlighted cells so you review. Claude cites sources and asks before it acts, if you prefer.

03

You don’t need to start over

Claude keeps context, projects, and preferences, repeats a saved skill your way, and runs a scheduled task without being asked.

What is Claude?

Claude is more than an AI assistant: it’s a helpful, intuitive, and powerful collaborator you can put to work on real tasks, not just questions. Point it to files and tools you want it to access, give it a goal or an outcome you want in plain language, and it gets to work. It can produce real files like documents, spreadsheets, and slides that you review, edit, and sign off on.

What kind of work can I hand off?

Claude can take on anything you want: it can handle routine work like updating metrics, consolidating feedback or data to surface what really needs your opinion, or large projects like audits. Other common use cases include first drafts and editing; creating briefs from meeting notes or account records; reconciling disparate data from different sources and pulling it into a spreadsheet or dashboard; pulling information into slides and presentations, and much more. Not sure where to start or what it can do? Ask Claude.

Claude also works directly in other apps like Slack via Claude Tag, Microsoft 365 services, and on the web through Claude in Chrome. For coding, visit Claude Code.

What happened to Claude Cowork?

No. Claude runs on web and mobile (iOS and Android). The desktop app is available for macOS, Windows, Windows (arm 64) and adds what web and mobile can’t reach: the folders and applications on your own computer. If that’s where your work lives, start there. To explore all app options, visit the Download page.

Can I assign tasks from my phone?

Yes. Start a task from your phone, and Claude keeps working in the cloud even when your laptop is closed. Check in, redirect, or review the result from anywhere. Available in Pro, Max, and Team plans automatically. Enterprise plans can opt in.
