STR:

  1. On the new-tab page, click the 3-dot menu at the right of the "Widgets" section, and move your mouse over the menu entries.
  2. Compare to the menu entries for the weather widget at the top right of the new-tab page (that menu is a reference case for correct behavior).

ACTUAL RESULTS:
In the Widgets section's 3-dot-menu, the text is near the top of the colorful background area that gets added on hover. It looks mispositioned/off-center. (It looks correct in the 3-dot-menu for the weather widget at the top right, though.)

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Text should be vertically centered in the colorful background area that it gets when hovered.
(should look similar to the 3-dot-menu for the weather widget)

I'm using Nightly 153.0a1 (2026-06-03) on Ubuntu 26.04.
