Apple Intelligence is now more powerful than ever. It brings new capabilities to your favourite apps, can now understand personal context and remains private at every step. Here’s a look at all you can do.

Apple Intelligence makes your everyday apps smarter and more useful. Safari supercharges your browsing by automatically organising your tabs by topic, notifying you of changes to webpages (such as price drops), and letting you create new extensions by describing them. The Shortcuts app can similarly create a shortcut based on your description. And Foundation Models are powering intelligent experiences in other everyday apps you use. Check them out in these apps.

Powered by Apple Intelligence, Siri AI is an entirely new version of Siri that’s more personal, capable and conversational than ever. With broad world knowledge, understanding of your personal context and awareness of what’s on your screen, Siri AI helps you find what you need – whether a confirmation number from an old email or an up-to-date answer on virtually any topic – without pulling you away from what you’re doing. With the dedicated Siri app, you can have a back-and-forth conversation – or revisit past conversations and pick up right where you left off. And use “Write with Siri” to draft from scratch or get feedback on what you’ve written.

By using Siri mode in Camera, Visual Intelligence can now help you with everyday tasks such as getting nutritional information about your dinner or splitting the restaurant bill. When browsing apps, shopping for products or scrolling through images, take a screenshot to ask Siri AI about anything on your screen, whether you want to find a mid-century lamp or add concert dates to your calendar.

Powerful new tools in Photos let you reframe a photo after it’s been taken with Spatial Reframing, expand your shots with the Extend tool and remove even larger objects with the enhanced Clean Up tool. Image Playground offers new ways to create images and the ability to modify them with just a description. Check out these apps that integrate Image Playground.

Apple Intelligence makes everyday communication effortless – helping you strike the right tone, proofread your work and translate languages. In Messages, Mail and other apps, it can generate a draft from scratch, rewrite and proofread. Or you can ask Siri how something sounds to get feedback.

When you call a business, Call Context surfaces relevant information you might need from across apps. (No need to hunt for a flight confirmation number.) In Messages and Mail, Suggestions will surface to take quick actions based on your conversation, such as adding an event you’re chatting about to your calendar or searching for a photo.

Automate daily tasks by simply describing what you need. Just say, “Send a summary of my meeting recordings to my email inbox,” or “When I leave work, message my spouse with my ETA,” and Shortcuts will create an automation that takes action across multiple apps.

Some features may not be available in all regions or languages. Some devices may not be available in all regions. Siri AI is available in beta in iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27 and visionOS 27 and requires an Apple Intelligence–enabled device set to a supported language. Available in English to start.
