New: Tracker Mode — your pace, your rules, every rep logged. Plus AI food logging: snap a photo, done. Day 1 again? Good. This time you won't do it alone.
For women who are done starting over.
The baby came. The shifts got longer. Life been lifing — and somewhere in there, your workouts stopped. RAIZE was built for exactly that woman: the one starting again, for the last time.
30–45 minutes. 2–5 days a week. A pair of dumbbells at home or a full gym. Coached by women, built for real life, carried by a community that shows up at 4:30 AM and cheers like it's a stadium.
WE COUNT WHAT YOU LIFT — NOT WHAT YOU WEIGH
Most apps count calories. We count strength. Log your weights, watch your training volume climb, hit PRs you can screenshot. The scale says nothing — your dumbbells tell the truth.
PLANS THAT FINISH WHAT THEY START
• 4–8 week programs with a real start, a real finish, and a "what's next"
• Programs for home training (dumbbells) and for the gym (barbell & machines) — and every challenge comes in both versions
• Follow-along video with form cues, or Tracker Mode when you'd rather set the pace
• On-demand sessions for the days life wins
FOOD LOGGING WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET
Snap a photo — AI logs it in seconds. High-protein recipes, meal plans, and a shopping list that writes itself. Fuel the muscle, skip the math.
A SISTERHOOD, NOT A FEED
Day 1 photos. New PRs. Postpartum comebacks and night-shift warriors raizing each other up. Around here, the before photo is the bravest one — and you will never train alone.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is RAIZE good for beginners?
Yes — especially if you're coming back after a break, a baby, or a hard season. Start with 2 days a week. That's not a compromise; that's the plan.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. RAIZE has full programs built for home training with dumbbells — and every challenge comes in a Home and a Gym version, so you pick your setting.
How long are the workouts?
30–45 minutes, most days. Shorter on-demand sessions for the wild ones.
Does RAIZE work with Apple Watch?
Yes — follow-along workouts sync with Apple Watch and save to Apple Health: heart rate, calories, the works.
Is RAIZE safe after pregnancy?
Beginner progressions and exercise modifications are built in. As with any training program, please check with your doctor before starting postpartum exercise.
